I led Network Visualization and Orchestration UX for Extreme Platform ONE™, a next-generation SaaS platform that unifies networking, security, and AI into one cohesive, radically simpler operational experience.

Acqueon Technologies

Acqueon's conversational engagement software lets brands orchestrate campaigns and proactively reach customers across voice, messaging, and email.

I led the design of the engagement workspace — dashboards, campaign builders, and live analytics — trusted by 200+ enterprises to lift sales, improve collections, and re-engage customers.

Cisco, Inc. (ex. BroadSoft)

Cisco Webex Contact Center was designed and built from the ground up as a cloud solution — bringing the agility of the cloud with the security and scale enterprises expect from Cisco.

I designed and front-end engineered agent and supervisor experiences across the BroadSoft-to-Cisco transition.

Kollective makes corporate networks smarter — an enterprise content delivery platform that pushes live video and software updates to the edges of the network on a fraction of the bandwidth.

I designed the Network Administration Tool end-to-end, from iconography and patterns through to the working console.
